In this email correspondence between Guilford County Public Defender and The Most Rev. Kerubale G. Abegaz, it has been brought to the attention of The Most Rev. Abegaz that the University of North Carolina at Greensboro actually complained to the Guilford County District Attorney about The Most Rev. Abegaz's attempts to formally and then informally complain about UNCG's behavior to the UNC system. I.e., despite the fact that The Most Rev. Abegaz was not ordered to cease communications with the UNC system and the fact that The Most Rev. Abegaz did not break any laws within his correspondences with UNC. This demonstrates that UNC-G is under the impression that it is an arbitrary force which is above the law and lends support to The Most Rev. Kerubale Abegaz's claims against UNC-G. The District Attorney is a key witness in the civil proceeding which The Most Rev. Abegaz plans to pursue against UNC-G because the Guilford County Public Defender advised The Most Rev. Abegaz that the Guilford County District Attorney was present during a meeting when UNC-G Campus Police admitted to initially not wanting to press criminal charges against The Most Rev. Abegaz but had only done so when the UNC-G Campus Police's request to have The Most Rev. Abegaz involuntarily committed was denied to them by a Guilford County Magistrate. Therefore, any further contact with the District Attorney by UNC-G regarding the matter may qualify as tampering with a key witness.
